FOR INSTITUTIONS

The post-imaging layer
of your operation

Clinics, hospitals and teleradiology services use Laudos.AI to turn dictation into a structured report, in your institution's template, with per-exam governance. No RIS replacement, no PACS replacement, with a pilot in real routine before any contract.

BY OPERATION

Clinics, hospitals and teleradiology

The same workflow serves a single-site clinic and a teleradiology operation with dozens of radiologists.

DEPLOYMENT

Three phases, two weeks, zero system replacement

Deploying clinical software shouldn't turn into a year-long project. Your team and ours move forward in real routine, with PACS and RIS staying where they are.

    PHASE 1 · WEEK 0

    Foundation

Demo in your context, with your exam types and your institution's template. We map the current workflow (RIS, PACS, worklist) and deliver the security documentation for IT and the DPO to assess in parallel, not at the end.

    PHASE 2 · WEEK 1

    Configuration

Your institution's templates go into the platform with your terminology and your shortcuts. The critical finding protocol gets levels and an SLA, and the integration runs in parallel, without touching the live operation.

    Validation

Pilot in real routine, with your own radiologists and a criterion agreed in writing before starting: TAT, adoption and quality. The go-live comes from the pilot's numbers, not the vendor's promise.

The math the manager does

The 52-second median describes the editor-to-signature interval in the published period. To assess capacity and cost per report, compare your team’s time before and during the pilot with the same exam type and criteria.

The second gain is quieter: reports structured in your institution's template reduce variation between on-call radiologists, review rework and payer challenges. What was individual style becomes an institutional standard, without taking authorship away from the physician.

Free pilot before the contract

The entry design is a free pilot in real production, with your exams, your templates and your radiologists, measuring time to signature before and after. The go-live is decided by your numbers, not ours.

Not every operation gets in. We assess your operation's challenge, such as volume, modalities and PACS and RIS integration, and select the institutions that fit the pilot.

What your IT team will ask

  • DATAFlow, regions, subprocessors and retention documented per deployment
  • SECURITYRole-based access and a per-exam audit trail
  • AUDITPer-exam log of what the AI suggested and what the physician decided (CFM 2.454/2026)
  • DEPLOYMENTFoundation, configuration and validation in up to 2 weeks

FAQ

Questions from decision-makers

How does the pilot work?

The pilot is free: a real group of radiologists uses the platform in their routine, with your institution's templates, for a period defined together with clinical leadership. We measure time to signature, adoption and perceived quality, and the decision to expand is yours, based on those numbers.

How much does it cost for an institution?

The model is a subscription by report volume, sized to your output — no hidden per-user fee. The exact number comes from the assessment of your operation, in the demo conversation.

Do we need to replace our RIS or PACS?

No. The platform runs alongside your current viewer and the Laudos.AI Agent operates your existing web RIS. That is why deployment takes weeks, not months.

What about medical responsibility?

The AI is assistive: it structures and suggests. Review, editing and signature always belong to the radiologist, with an auditable trail per exam, in compliance with CFM Resolution 2.454/2026.

What about team training?

The workflow was designed around the dictation the radiologist already does. Deployment happens within the configuration phase, with your institution's templates, and the people who report feel the gain on the first shift.

From due diligence to real use

The evaluation package an institution needs

A clinical purchase doesn't end at the demo. The evaluation needs to bring together the workflow architecture, data processing, access roles, proposed integration, pilot scope and acceptance criteria. IT, the DPO, clinical leadership and operations should all see the same design, with open items identified before the first real exam.

The pilot then answers the questions that sales material cannot answer on its own: team adoption, time to signature by modality, adherence to templates and how the workflow behaves in complex cases. Sample size, duration and the expansion criterion are agreed in writing for your operation; there is no universal number that replaces that agreement.

Expansion is a second decision

Approving the pilot doesn't require switching over the entire network. Expansion can happen by modality, site or group of radiologists, keeping a rollback route at each stage. What scales along with it are versioned templates, permissions, monitoring and support; what should not scale is a technical exception that has not yet been resolved in the pilot.
