    PHASE 2 · WEEK 1

    Configuration

    Your institution's templates go into the platform with your terminology and your shortcuts. The critical finding protocol gets levels and an SLA, and the integration runs in parallel, without touching the live operation.

    PHASE 3 · WEEK 2

    Validation

    Pilot in real routine, with your own radiologists and a criterion agreed in writing before starting: TAT, adoption and quality. The go-live comes from the pilot's numbers, not the vendor's promise.

Questions about the pilot

Does the pilot cost anything?

No. The pilot is free, with scope and success criteria agreed in writing before it starts.

Who assesses the application?

The Laudos.AI team looks at volume, modalities, the in-house RIS and PACS and the challenge the operation wants to solve, and replies whether there is a fit for the pilot.

Do we need to replace our RIS or PACS?

No. The platform runs alongside the current viewer and the Laudos.AI Agent operates the existing web RIS.

What decides the go-live?

The pilot's numbers: time to signature, adoption and quality as perceived by the team, measured in the real routine.
