How a compatible session can work
Simulation of one possible configuration: the physician provides the findings, REPORT organizes the draft and the Agent inserts it into a previously validated web interface. Times, screens and actions vary by system and version.
The interface must be mapped and validated
Agent, API and HL7/DICOM connectors are different paths. The Agent can reduce dependence on an API in compatible interfaces, but it does not eliminate acceptance testing, security, contingency or validation per system and version.
Covers the entire workflow.
In validated environments, it identifies the open exam and fills in the configured editor.
Checks available identifiers before acting; any mismatch must interrupt the task.
The same request works dictated or typed.
Pages, tabs, forms and editors must be mapped; support is not universal.
Checks the editor after configured actions and stops when the expected state is not confirmed.
The task must keep one context at a time and invalidate it when the identifiers change.
When enabled, it records actions in the environment; scope, export and retention depend on the configuration.
Without an explicit request with exam and findings, there is no report.
Straight questions about the Agent
Does the Agent sign or release reports on its own?
No. The Agent does not autonomously interpret images, diagnose, sign or release reports. The physician provides the findings, reviews, edits, validates and signs in the official system.
Does it work with my RIS?
Maybe. The system has to be web-based, but that is not enough: interface, version, permissions, fields, states and contingency are validated in the pilot. There is no universal compatibility.
How long does it take to get started?
We do not publish a universal timeline. The start depends on the environment's mapping, security, acceptance testing, training and acceptance criteria. The animation on this page is illustrative, not a promise of timing.
Do I need to replace my PACS or RIS?
The goal is to work on top of an existing interface when compatible. If the controls cannot be validated, another integration or a workflow change may be needed.
What happens if the system's interface changes?
The Agent reads the page in a structured way before acting and checks the result after each action. When something does not confirm, it stops and shows the state instead of carrying on blind. The decision to proceed always belongs to whoever is in control.
How do I interrupt the run?
The user can interrupt the task at any time. A change of patient, exam or expected state must invalidate the context and require new confirmation before continuing.
What about security and the LGPD?
The Agent can read text, page structure and, when enabled, the visual capture needed for the task. Local history, telemetry, transmission, retention and export depend on the configuration and must be included in the deployment assessment.
