Speech becomes a report
Dictation in clinical Portuguese that structures itself into Technique, Analysis and Impression as you speak, in your template.
Explore REPORT →Laudos.AI is the post-imaging layer: everything that happens between the resolved image and the signed report, in a single workflow. Dictation that understands clinical Portuguese, structure that grows out of your template, classification with cited criteria, critical findings with an SLA and an audit trail per exam. The radiologist decides; the layer carries the rest.
n = 5,200 reports · fixed period: April 9 to May 9, 2026 · from editor open to signature · See methodology
10 h estimate: 100 reports × (10 min external reference − 4 min internal mean). This is not a paired comparison.
Each piece works on its own. Together they leak time and evidence — which is why the whole cannot be read at a single glance.
The alternative is not one more plugin: it is a layer with speech, structure, classification, critical communication and audit trail in the same workflow, with the physician as the author from start to finish.
The image has been acquired.
The interpretation has been done.
Three properties that separate a living layer from software you configure once and abandon.
Template, terminology and shortcuts are yours, by modality. The tool calibrates to your style in about one shift, not the other way around: a radiologist who reports differently configures differently.
Worklist, clinical indication and priors enter the report without manual upload and without hunting in another window. The right exam, with the right context, at the right time.
Time telemetry uses a fixed snapshot. LaiBench v3.10 measures fidelity on 120 internal cases and is not external clinical validation.
The typical routine of Brazilian radiology runs on a patchwork: speech recognition in a plugin, templates in a Word file, classification memorized or opened in another tab, critical findings over the phone or in the messaging group, and audits rebuilt record by record when someone asks. Each piece works; together they leak time and evidence.
The alternative is one layer for speech, structure, classification, critical communication and the audit trail, with the physician as author throughout. The 52-second median measures the editor-to-signature interval. Finding communication and return to the RIS are assessed separately.
Each module solves one step; the value is in them running in the same workflow, with the same audit trail. The radiologist reviews and signs, always.

Explore REPORT →Suggestions for BI-RADS, LI-RADS, PI-RADS, TI-RADS and others, with the criterion cited from RadCommons, always for your review.
Explore GUIDE →Critical finding communication with levels, SLA, escalation and an auditable closed loop.
Explore CRIT →Versioned, approved templates applied automatically by exam type, across teams and shifts.
Explore LaudAI →The Agent operates in your web RIS interface within minutes, with no API project, and returns the signed report to your system.

We are not a RIS or a PACS: your systems stay where they are, and the signed report goes back to them. We are not autonomous diagnosis: there is no path to a report without the physician's review, editing and signature, by architecture and in line with CFM Resolution 2.454/2026. And we are not a promise without a number: what we claim, we measure, and what cannot be proven, we do not write.
No. The layer runs on top of them: context comes in from the RIS and the PACS, and the signed report goes back to your system. Replacing infrastructure is not part of the proposal.
Transcription solves typing and stops there. The layer covers the whole workflow: structure in your template, classification with cited criteria, critical findings with an SLA and an audit trail per exam. That difference is what shows up in the time to signature.
The individual plan delivers exactly that: REPORT, GUIDE and your template, for R$ 299 per month. The operations modules come in when (and if) your context calls for them.
Three public doors: the methodology behind the 52 seconds, LaiBench case by case and the citable RadCommons. And the fourth door is the best one: 30 days on your shift, with your number deciding.
