## From worklist to signature, without taking your eyes off the image.

Your shift is a layer of the clinical workflow, connected to the exam context, to physician review and to what happens after signature.

The exam opens with the indication, prior comparisons and your template by modality ready to receive the dictation.

You speak naturally; the structure follows your reasoning, and the classification appears with its criterion for review.

You adjust whatever you want, sign and move on to the next exam with the case's audit trail preserved.

## Human supervision, by architecture.

The AI organizes and suggests. The radiologist sees every line, can accept, edit or reject, and remains the sole author of the signature.

## Less operation. More image.

Speech recognition delivers text to format. Laudos.AI organizes the step between speech and signature without hiding physician review.

The plan grows without changing your workflow.

Above 1,000 reports per month, or when other radiologists join, the plan becomes volume-based and unlocks CRIT with SLA, PACS and RIS integration, production dashboards and per-exam governance.

## Built for the one-person shift. Designed for the team of many.

The individual plan exists for the radiologist who reports alone and wants to start today, without a procurement process and without waiting for IT. You sign in, connect your way of reporting and feel the difference from the very first shift.

The full platform, with critical findings under SLA, PACS and RIS integration, production dashboards and per-exam governance, comes in when the work becomes an operation: a clinic, a teleradiology team, a hospital. When your team grows, the layer grows with it, without switching tools.

## Still on traditional dictation? Compare honestly.

If today you dictate free text or use speech recognition, the legitimate question is what actually changes between speech and signature. We wrote a criterion-by-criterion comparison (time, terminology, classifications, review, audit), including where traditional dictation still wins.

## Direct questions

### How much does it cost me?

R$ 299 per month, up to 1,000 reports per month. Includes structured dictation, the classifications and your template, with no hidden per-user fee.

### What if I go over 1,000 reports in a month?

At that point your routine is already an operation, not a solo on-call radiologist's. We put together a volume-based plan that tracks your number and unlocks the team modules. Just talk to us.

### Do I need a card to try it?

No. The new-user trial lasts 14 days or up to 30 reports, whichever comes first, with no card and no automatic charge.

### Does it work in my workflow?

The tool runs alongside your viewer, without replacing your PACS. You dictate, review and sign at your own pace.

### What about my data and my patients' data?

Identifiable care data does not train general models. Processing, persistence, logs, retention, backups and regions depend on the contracted feature and configuration.

### Can I cancel whenever I want?

You can. No lock-in on the individual plan. What keeps you here is the gain on your shift, not the clause.

## A typical shift, from the first exam to the last

The first exam of the shift opens with the right template for the study type. You dictate the way you think; the structure assembles in real time, the classification appears at the right point for your review, and the signature returns the report to the workflow. By the twentieth exam, the format is the same as the first: standardization does not depend on your stamina, and end-of-shift fatigue stops showing up in the text.

The math that matters is yours: a median of 52 seconds from editor to signature in production, with 54.6% of reports going out in under a minute. On a 60-exam shift, the difference between minutes and seconds per report is the difference between leaving on time and leaving an hour later.

## Before you start paying

## The first shift, without abstraction

The initial setup starts from something you already have: one template per modality and the way you usually dictate. On the first case, the goal is not maximum speed; it is checking whether Technique, Analysis and Impression land in the right place and whether the text sounds like you. The corrections at this early stage calibrate the flow before you increase the volume.

After calibration, the routine is simple: open the exam, dictate naturally, review the visible document and sign. A stable microphone and an up-to-date browser help, but the real test has to happen at the workstation and in the environment where you report. If the gain only shows up on the demo computer, it has not yet been proven for your shift.

## An individual plan and an institutional operation are not the same thing

The individual plan serves those who report alone: REPORT, GUIDE and your own templates, up to 1,000 reports a month. When a team, a critical-finding protocol, dashboards, institutional permissions and governed integration with RIS and PACS come in, the problem changes in size and moves to a volume-based plan. This boundary avoids selling a corporate structure to someone who just wants to finish the shift and avoids treating a network as a set of individual accounts.

## Try it on your next shift

14 days or up to 30 reports, whichever comes first, with no card and no automatic charge. After the trial, if you decide to subscribe: Pro for R$ 299/month.
